Blueberry’s Grill – Start your day off right with a visit to Blueberry’s Grill, where you can indulge in a gluten-free breakfast or brunch. From fluffy gluten-friendly pancakes or waffles to omelets packed with fresh veggies, there’s something for everyone. Don’t forget to pair your meal with a refreshing glass of orange juice for the perfect morning pick-me-up. This is a wonderful place for brunch with friends, and there are also locations in Myrtle Beach and Wilmington.

Flying Fish – For lunch or dinner, head to Flying Fish for a taste of local seafood with gluten-free options that are clearly marked on the menu. Feast on salads, 12 oz ribeye, baby back ribs, filet, BBQ chicken, surf & turf, and more. On my most recent visit, I enjoyed the jambalaya which included sautéed chicken and shrimp, smoked sausage, okra, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and served with Cajun red sauce over rice. Pair your meal with a gluten-free appetizer like buffalo shrimp or mussels and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Indulge in gluten-free appetizers such as broiled escargot, jumbo shrimp, Aussie kangaroo, and lamb lollipops while enjoying views of the waterfront. Don’t forget to try their gluten-free dessert option for a sweet finish to your meal. This is a great place to enjoy a drink so be sure to stay for happy hour!

Landshark Bar & Grill – Get into the island spirit at Landshark Bar & Grill, where you can savor gluten-free options like nachos or their signature double stacked burgers served with a gluten-free bun. Enjoy live music and great food while looking for alligators!

Lulu’s – This is one of the best gluten-free restaurants and a true allergen friendly gem! They take cross contamination seriously and aside from the gluten-free menu, they offer dairy, egg, shellfish, soy, seafood, sesame and nut free menu options. My personal favorite are the crab melt nachos with corn tortilla chips, tomatoes, jalapenos, queso and melted cheddar. In addition, you can’t go wrong with one of the taco or bowl options. Another favorite is the jerk chicken sandwich Grilled Chicken marinated in LuLu’s own southern jerk seasoning topped with bacon, grilled pineapple and swiss cheese and served with honey mustard. Be sure to save room for a gluten-free dessert too. No matter your dietary restrictions, you can’t go wrong at Lucy Buffett’s Lulu!

You can indulge in gluten-free items such as a rice bowl or gluten-free corn tortillas filled with flavorful ingredients like fresh veggies and tender meats. Wash it down with a margarita for the ultimate fiesta!

Ultimate California Pizza – Pizza lovers rejoice! Ultimate California Pizza offers gluten-free pizza options with all your favorite toppings. Whether you prefer cheddar cheese, sweet pineapple, or loaded with veggies, you can enjoy a slice without worrying.
