Cava Gluten Free Menu Options

Explore Many Flavorful Gluten Free Options at Cava

Cava, a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant, recently opened a location in North Myrtle Beach. While I was unfamiliar with the restaurant, I quickly learned that Cava restaurants were a chain similar to Chipotle and best known for their fresh salads and bowls. And, after eating there multiple times over the last few months, Cava has quickly become one of my favorite fast casual chains, all due to their excellent gluten free options!

Check out the list below to select your favorite gf options:

Big Dipping

As far as the dips and spreads, everything including the crazy feta, everything bagel labneh, harissa, organic traditional hummus, roasted eggplant dip, roasted red pepper hummus, spicy hummus, spicy labneh, traditional hummus, and tzatziki are certified gluten free. The crazy feta whipped with jalapeño, onion, and olive oil is a signature Cava item and one of my favorites!

In addition, Cava’s gluten free dressings include green harissa, Greek vinaigrette, lemon herb tahini, spicy lime tahini, and yogurt dill.

None of the pitas, falafels, or sides such as the pita chips or pita crisps are gluten free.

Allergen Guide

Best of all, there is an allergy menu available online if you have a food allergy. As always, if you have celiac disease or other food restrictions, there is a chance of much cross contamination. Cava customer service recommends letting one of their team members know if you have a gluten allergy so they can take the necessary precautions to ensure a safe experience based on your individual comfortability level.

The next time you’re out looking for delicious food, be sure to check out Cava. It’s a great place with locations in North Myrtle Beach and Wilmington and gf ingredients to consider!
