I’m Ashley, a Tar Heel born and bred who calls the Carolina coast home. In 2010 I was diagnosed with celiac disease and started following a strict gluten free diet. As an extrovert and lifelong traveler, I was concerned that this diagnosis would hinder my ability to both go out with family and friends and explore new places. Thankfully, that was not the case, and I’ve watched excitedly as gluten free options have exploded in recent years, particularly in the Myrtle Beach area. Whether you’ve recently relocated to the Carolinas or are passing through enjoying our beautiful beaches, this site was created to share delicious gluten free options in North Carolina and South Carolina with you.
