You Eat I Bake: Where Gluten Free Dreams Come True
Live along the Grand Strand in South Carolina and have a sweet tooth? Then you need to check out the dedicated gluten and nut free bakery called You Eat I Bake on Howard Ave in Myrtle Beach’s Market Common area. You Eat I Bake is a little shop focused on small batches of allergy-friendly goods like cookies, fudge brownies, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and other delicious treats. While every item is gluten and nut free, they also offer dairy free, vegan, paleo, keto, and unrefined/less sugar options. In addition, they make custom cakes and pies as well as other special-order items. If you have celiac disease or other dietary restrictions and worry about cross contamination, then this is a great place to order anything you may need for a special occasion!
During my last visit, we chose an assortment of their fresh daily pastries including a gluten free chocolate cupcake, fudge brownie, chocolate chip cookie, and the chocolate chip cream cheese cookie. This is Myrtle Beach’s best gluten free bakery, and every sweet treat was delicious! They also have reasonable prices and amazing customer service, truly caring about delivering amazing food to those with food allergies.
You Eat I Bake is a popular local favorite in Myrtle Beach so I highly recommend arriving early to ensure you get the tasty treats you want as items will sell out. Be sure to follow their Facebook and Instagram pages to see their daily menus as well as updates of when gluten-free options sell out.
Will need to remember this spot for our next trip to this area. YUMMO!
